If you attempt to access your voicemail using an incorrect password more than three successive times, you will be locked out of your account.

You can wait one hour to have the account automatically unlock, and you can try again, or you can contact the OIT Help Desk to request your password be reset.

Reset Your Voicemail Password

To reset your voicemail password, you can:

Configure Your Voicemail Account Online

To use the Voicemail Web Utility you must be on campus or using the VPN client. To configure your voicemail account, you must furnish the following information:

Reset Your Voicemail Web Utility Password

You can reset your Voicemail Web Utility Password online from on-campus locations.

If you need assistance resetting you Voicemail Web Utility password, you can:

Please note this password will not be synchronized with the voicemail password you use to access your messages from your phone. Changing one password will not affect the other.
