Submit a Request for Service & View Ticket History
Our new Help Desk Self Service site makes submitting a request to OIT a one-click affair. Upon logging in to Help Desk Self Service, University staff and faculty can click "Open a New Request!" at upper-right under Your Actions: (see screenshot below).
This will open a form allowing you to enter the nature of your request. Upon submission, this request will immediately go to our call logging system, notifying the proper OIT team of your service or incident request.
You can also view your open ticket history, as well as all tickets submitted and closed under your name.
