My name is Heather Nielsen and I am a Technical Support Specialist for Boise State University. When you call the Help Desk with a problem, the person you speak with is either a TSS like myself or a student Analyst. If your problem requires on-site service, a member of our TSS staff will come to you to help.

About Me

I am a Boise State grad and have been employed by the Office of Information Technology since November 2006. Previously, I worked as a systems support technician for a large local company.

In my free time, I love to cook- notice the link to AllRecipes.com on the left hand side of the page. Some of my favorite recipes can be found there! I also love to travel and go to Boise State football games with my friends and family.
