Support for Apple Macintosh Computers

Get Help with Macs...

Getting Started

The OIT Help Desk provides full support for Apple Macintosh computers.

Apples have grown from niche machines for "creative types" to fully-functional devices able to interface with virtually all University and department applications.

The advent of Apple Boot Camp and desktop virtualization software such as Fusion and Parallels allow all Macs to run Microsoft Windows applications natively or within Mac OS X.

The OIT Help Desk can configure, order and repair Apple Macintosh hardware (we have certified Apple repair technicians on staff), will install and troubleshoot Apple Macintosh software, and will configure and troubleshoot Apple Macintosh networking issues.
